Job Summary:
The Director of Events and Enablement will oversee all aspects of event strategy, support our sales enablement efforts, and manage a network of trusted contractors, vendors, and partners. You’re the orchestrator: ensuring every experience, from a national trade show to a sales kickoff, reinforces our brand and drives business impact. In addition, the Director will act within the values of All Star Healthcare Solutions.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage one direct report, including setting goals, providing ongoing feedback, supporting professional development, and conducting performance evaluations
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Own the Event Strategy: Plan and manage 10 external events — including national conferences, sponsorships, and webinars
• Vendor & Contractor Management: Oversee event logistics and creative execution through external partners, ensuring excellence on time and on budget
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to align event and enablement initiatives with company goals
• Partner with Sales Enablement: Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors in order to deliver sales tools, collateral, and presentation materials that help our team tell the All Star story consistently and effectively before, after and during events
• Create Brand Moments: Ensure all events, large and small, embody the All Star brand — energetic, professional, and purpose-driven
• Measure & Optimize: Track ROI on event participation, sponsorships, and sales enablement programs; refine strategy based on outcomes
• Budget Stewardship: Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient use of resources and measurable returns
• Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills/Abilities:
• Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and moving parts
• Comfort balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
• 8 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, with sales enablement and support
• Experience leading external event teams, vendors, and creative agencies
• Bonus: experience in healthcare, staffing, or other relationship-driven industries.

Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
