About The Role
Fizz Facial Bar is hiring a Spa Coordinator to be the friendly face and first point of contact for our clients. This role blends front desk hospitality with hands-on support to keep the bar running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Greet and seat clients, answer phones, and manage scheduling
- Sell memberships to clients at checkout and follow up on membership opportunities
- Process payments and handle rescheduling requests
- Support Skin Pros by resetting bar stations between appointments
- Help keep the space clean, sanitized, and guest-ready
- Assist with day-to-day Fizz Flow to keep service moving efficiently
- Deliver a warm, welcoming experience for every client who walks through the door
- Prior customer service or front desk experience preferred
- Friendly, energetic personality suited to a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with light, low-pressure sales conversations
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
- Willingness to pitch in wherever the team needs support
