Your Role
You’ll be the trusted expert homeowners rely on—handling a wide range of skilled home repairs and maintenance:
- Electrical fixture installs (lighting, outlets, fans)
- Plumbing repairs and fixture replacements
- Drywall repair, patching, and professional painting
- Carpentry, trim, and general home repairs
- Exterior work (deck repair, siding, gutters, maintenance)
- Precision installs (TV mounting, shelving, hardware)
Jobs are typically 2–6 hours—focused, efficient, and well-defined.
What We Expect (Top Performer Standard)
- 7 years of hands-on experience in handyman, construction, or maintenance
- Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drywall, and carpentry
- Ability to diagnose problems and deliver clean, professional solutions
- High attention to detail—your work reflects your standards
- Excellent communication with customers (professional, respectful, clear)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Well-equipped with your own tools
