What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support plumbing technicians in the field
- Perform job walk‑throughs, diagnose issues, and provide repair/upgrade options
- Close jobs and maintain strong customer satisfaction
- Ensure work meets company standards and safety requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication, customer‑service skills, reliable and professional
- Ability to sell jobs confidently and ethically
- Leadership experience or natural leadership qualities
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Available weekends
- Bilingual English/Spanish a must
