Location: Emergency Air – Chandler, AZ
Schedule: Saturday – Wednesday | 8 AM – 4 PM
Pay: $25–$30/hour (based on experience)

Emergency Air is seeking a motivated HVAC Quality Control/Lead Install Hybrid Technician to join our growing team in Chandler, AZ. This is a unique opportunity to lead from the front, combining hands-on installs with quality control, follow-up inspections, and high-priority calls.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform install follow-up inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Handle warranty calls and provide solutions with confidence
- Complete high-skill installs and replacements
- Maintain open communication with the installation department
- Represent Emergency Air with professionalism and pride in every interaction

Requirements:
- 5 years of HVAC experience, preferably in installs and/or quality control
- Ability to perform technical installs and component changeouts
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Clean background and valid driver's license
- Must be reliable, professional, and ready to lead by example
