What are the responsibilities and job description for the Looking for an A-Level Technician! No weekends - Top Pay! position at Fix Group Management?
DEALERSHIP TECH? READY FOR A CHANGE?
What if you could make a great living fixing cars - without working weekends, getting shorted on warranty time, or dealing with corporate politics?
EuroFix is a family-owned, fast-growing repair group looking for an experienced Automotive Technician who wants competitive pay, real work/life balance, and the chance to work in a clean, well-equipped shop with a strong team.
If you're at a dealership you know the drill:
- Weekend work
- Warranty time that doesn't pay for what the job actually takes
- Recall campaigns eating your schedule
- Corporate rules and politics
- Pressure to produce instead of properly repairing the vehicle
At EuroFix, we do it differently:
- Full book time a 25% labor time bump for estimating - you're paid fairly for your time
- 5-day work week - no weekends
- Service Advisors who sell your work
- Locally owned, people-first - no corporate or factory politics
- A professional shop that values your experience and does the job right
Our shops handle everything from maintenance and alignments to major repairs, engine swaps, and transmission replacements. You'll work on a variety of brands and keep growing your skills in an industry that never stands still.
