***Calling All Closers!*** We’re looking for a proven High-Ticket Sales Closer to join our real estate acquisitions team. This is not an entry-level sales role by any means—we’re seeking someone with a demonstrated track record of closing high-value deals, carries strong negotiation skills, and has the ability to confidently guide motivated sellers from initial conversation to the closing table. This is an opportunity for an elite salesperson who has a documented history of closing high value deals and wants to operate at an elite level within a fast-growing, local organization.
Our acquisitions team is highly process-driven, with a very disciplined approach to identifying, evaluating, and executing real estate investment opportunities. We follow a structured acquisition process designed to ensure that every opportunity is thoroughly analyzed, key risks are identified, and investment decisions are supported by data and sound underwriting. From initial deal sourcing and screening through financial analysis, due diligence, negotiations, and closing, our team operates with clear workflows, defined benchmarks, and consistent attention to detail. We value accountability, organization, and follow-through, all while continuously refining our processes to improve efficiency and execution.
