fivestar is seeking a Director or Manager of CRM Solutions to lead and grow our CRM practice. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for both client engagement and delivery execution, ensuring we deliver high-quality solutions while expanding trusted advisor relationships.
You will lead a team of 4–5 consultants while working directly with clients to understand business needs, shape solutions, and ensure successful outcomes. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-context-switching environment and enjoys balancing strategy with execution.

What You’ll Do
Client Leadership & Account Management
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business goals and translating them into CRM solutions
• Lead client conversations around roadmaps, enhancements, integrations, and optimization opportunities
• Identify opportunities for account growth and expanded services
• Manage client expectations and ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention
Delivery & Team Leadership
• Lead and coordinate the daily work of a 4–5 person CRM consulting team
• Ensure high-quality delivery across:
o CRM configuration and customization
o Application integrations
o Ongoing support and enhancements
• Balance workloads, remove blockers, and ensure projects stay on track
• Provide coaching, feedback, and mentorship to team members
Project & Operational Execution
• Oversee multiple client engagements simultaneously
• Drive strong project management discipline (scope, timeline, communication, risk management)
• Partner with the VP of Delivery to ensure alignment with broader delivery standards and goals
• Jump in hands-on when needed to support delivery or solve complex issues
Solutioning & Problem Solving
• Translate complex business challenges into practical CRM solutions
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design scalable, effective systems
• Stay current on CRM trends, tools, and best practices

Experience
• 5–10 years of experience in CRM consulting, implementation, or related roles
• Experience leading or coordinating teams in a consulting or delivery environment
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms required:
o Strong preference for Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Infor CRM
• Experience with integrations, workflows, and business process optimization
Nice to Have
• Experience in a consulting firm or client services environment
• Exposure to multiple CRM platforms or migration projects
• Deep experience in at least 1 CRM tool.
• Sales Experience using CRM tools
