We are seeking someone with a minimum of a High School diploma, 1 year of manufacturing & CNC operator experience. Programming experience with G-code a plus. If you are a self-motivated problem solver, with a keen eye for precision, then we are eager to change the world with you!

At Fives we all have a part to play in achieving our common purpose. Your role will be to:
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including loading materials, securing workpieces, selecting tooling, and ensuring machines run within required tolerances.
- Monitor machining processes, make program edits or machine adjustments as needed, and inspect machined parts to verify conformance to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance, replace worn or defective tooling, and maintain tooling inventory, wheel usage records, and production documentation.
- Use precision measuring tools to verify part accuracy and document any changes to CNC programs or machining processes.
