Fives DTS is looking for an experience HR Coordinator to join our team in the Fond du Lac, WI area.
Responsibilities
- Assist with writing, posting, and screening, candidates; oversee onboarding activities and welcome new hires to ensure a smooth start.
- Represent the company at recruitment events, career fairs, open interviews, and college networking programs to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Lead employee recognition programs, social activities, and initiatives to boost morale and team engagement.
- Partner with management and employees to strengthen work relationships, build a positive culture, and improve retention.
- Support employee benefits programs, leave management, and ensure employees have resources to understand their options.
- Manage data accuracy and integrity within HRIS and other HR systems.
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough, objective investigations when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies, maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years in a Human Resources role; experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude with high levels of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR software/databases, particularly ADP and SAP SuccessFactors, is preferred.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
