What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Marketing Manager position at Fivecast?
Our Field Marketing Manager will be an integral member of the global Fivecast Marketing team, supporting the execution of the global marketing plan across USA & Canada. They will help to drive awareness, lead generation and revenue growth for Fivecast across our customer base in national security, defence, law enforcement and corporate security.
This is a dynamic role that requires broad experience and capabilities across a range of marketing functions including events management, demand generation strategies and partner marketing. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset and a high level of initiative to be able to seek out marketing opportunities and execute flawlessly. This unique opportunity is for an early to mid-career marketing professional to gain experience in the diverse digital intelligence industry and make their mark with a rapidly growing scale-up.
Responsibilities
- Event Management – all elements of Fivecast presence at industry conferences and customer events from planning through to execution and performance reporting
- Lead Generation - drive pipeline growth through webinar programs, content syndication programs, ABM campaigns, industry stakeholders and other lead gen initiatives as required. Track & optimize lead gen performance with the American sales team.
- Partner Marketing - execute joint marketing campaigns and other initiatives with strategic American partners
- Comms and PR: Support PR and Comms initiatives by drafting materials and identifying new vehicles and audiences to spread the Fivecast message in America.
- Merchandise: ordering and tracking branded promotional items.
- Support global marketing initiatives as required including content creation, campaign ideation and execution, website updates.
Required skills and experience
- Bachelor degree in marketing or similar
- 5 years’ experience in a field marketing role
- Proven track record in B2B event planning and execution.
- Demonstrated success partnering with sales teams to drive pipeline growth.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms such as HubSpot CRM, ZoomInfo, and WordPress (or similar tools).
- Strong practical marketing skills with a hands-on approach to campaign execution.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities (verbal and written).
- Highly self-driven and capable of working independently with remote management.
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Resourceful, innovative, and willing to take calculated risks.
- Strong focus on ROI, measurable outcomes, and delivering actionable results.
Salary : $80,000 - $130,000
