Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Lead Mitigation Technician located in Missoula, MT. The Lead Mitigation Technician will be responsible for leading the mitigation team on various projects, ensuring timely and effective response to water and fire damage incidents. Day-to-day tasks include assessing damage, creating and executing mitigation plans, extracting water, setting up drying equipment, removing affected materials, and performing sanitation and deodorization processes. Additionally, the Lead Mitigation Technician will document work progress, communicate with clients, and maintain safety standards on all jobsites.

Qualifications
- Experience in water and fire damage mitigation
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to assess damage and devise effective mitigation plans
- Proficiency in using mitigation tools and equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work on-site and on-call as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- IICRC certification is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
