While the firm's attorneys generally work onsite, there is flexibility around hybrid work schedules.
The annual billable hour requirement is a modest 1,440 per year (120 hours/month), offering an excellent work-life balance.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $150,000 – $220,000 (commensurate with experience)

What They’re Looking For
- 2 years of civil litigation experience required
- Admitted to practice in California
- Must be comfortable with depositions, court appearances, motion drafting, and written discovery
- Real estate litigation background preferred, but civil litigators from other practice areas will still be strongly considered
- Bankruptcy experience is a significant plus (not required)
