If you can run a high-volume Olive Garden, BJ's, Chili's, Applebee's, Texas Roadhouse, Outback, Cheddar's, or any other casual dining brand at full tilt on a Saturday night — you can run a Five Star park.
You already know the playbook: prime cost, comp sales, P&L ownership, BOH/FOH leadership, brand standards, daily flash, line checks, pre-shifts, service recovery, guest scores, ticket times, and developing hourly teams into salaried managers.
We just have more profit centers per box. (And better hours.)

RESTAURANT OPERATOR → FIVE STAR GM
The translation
• P&L ownership → P&L ownership with more revenue lines (food, beverage, attractions, games, parties, retail)
• Comp sales → Comp sales — we benchmark unit-over-unit, year-over-year, and against the company
• Brand standards → Brand standards — service playbooks, secret shops, audits, steps of service
• Catering & group sales → Parties corporate events — some units run $1M in group business alone
• Speed of service → Throughput — karts loaded in 90 seconds, food run in 12, party rooms turned in 15
• Hourly development → Hourly development — we hire 40 to 150 team members per box
WHERE THIS TAKES YOU

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 5 years GM or strong AGM in casual dining, polished casual, family dining, fast casual, eat-ertainment, or hotel F&B
• A real P&L operator who can read a daily flash, defend a forecast, and tell me their last unit's prime cost from memory
• Multi-revenue-line experience a plus
• ServSafe TIPS (or willingness to certify)
• Available nights, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons — that's when families show up
