What You'll Do
As an Hourly Operations Manager, you will help oversee the daily operations of attractions while supporting team members and delivering a safe and fun guest experience.
Responsibilities Include
- Supervise a team of 15–50 attraction operators and guest service employees.
- Oversee daily operations of go-karts, rides, and entertainment attractions.
- Ensure all attractions operate safely, efficiently, and according to safety standards.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and support.
- Maintain employee attendance records and performance tracking.
- Assist with staff scheduling and operational planning.
- Conduct regular attraction checks to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Support shift leads and front desk team members.
- Respond to guest concerns and ensure excellent customer service.
- Assist with holiday operations, special events, and peak tourism seasons.
- Help manage inventory and operational supplies.
- At least 1 year of leadership experience (Shift Lead, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, etc.)
- Experience in hospitality, retail, restaurants, tourism, or entertainment is a plus.
- Strong team leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Passion for customer service and creating great guest experiences.
- Strong organization and problem-solving abilities.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to work up to 45 hours per week.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Able to lift up to 39 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
