At Five Star Painting, we’re a locally owned, family- and veteran-operated business that’s growing fast. We’re on the lookout for a motivated Outside Sales Representative (Part-Time) who’s ready to meet with customers, create accurate estimates, and help bring their dream paint projects to life.
You’ll be provided with warm, ready-to-go leads—your job is to build relationships, walk customers through their options, and close the sale. Our most successful reps are natural connectors who understand the value of trust and follow-through. Stick to our proven system, and you'll thrive in this role.
This position is 100% commission-based after training, which means your income is in your control. If you're confident, coachable, and driven, the earning potential is strong.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of your sales activity, you’ll also be estimating jobs. You’ll be responsible for the following activities to succeed in this role:
- Meet homeowners and discuss their painting needs
- Measure, estimate, and prepare proposals
- Coordinate color consultations
- Follow up and close sales
- Generate referrals and support marketing efforts
- Hit or exceed monthly sales goals
