Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Flagger to join our team. The Flagger plays a crucial role in maintaining safety on construction sites and roadways by directing traffic, ensuring the safety of workers, and facilitating smooth operations. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in various weather conditions. This position will require extensive overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic around construction sites using appropriate hand signals and signage.
• Ensure the safety of workers and pedestrians by monitoring traffic flow.
• Communicate effectively with team members and drivers to prevent accidents.
• Set up and dismantle traffic control devices as needed.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Experience Required

• Flagger Certification
• Strong communication skills for clear direction of traffic and coordination with team members.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift traffic control devices.
• We will train and certify.
