Qualifications
- HVAC Installation: 2-4 years' experience
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be 21 years old.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Highly motivated and organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- High integrity.
- Strong desire to be a better installer tomorrow than you are today.
- Able to lift 75 pounds, as well as crawl, walk, stand for extended periods.
- Able to work in tight spaces such as crawl spaces, furnace rooms, and attics.
- Able to work in all types of weather conditions such as hot, cold, rain, snow, etc.
