About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Director of Warehouse Operations to support and oversee warehouse operations across the West Region. This highly consultative role works directly with Regional Vice Presidents to improve efficiency, manage labor and inventory, and ensure operational compliance. The Regional Warehouse Director will provide guidance, training, and development to warehouse managers, as well as step in to lead warehouse operations when needed. Extensive travel within the assigned regions is required.
Compensation: $90,000 20% MIB Bonus Vehicle program
Travel Regions:
- Western Region – Georgia and Tennesee
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Regional Vice Presidents to provide consultation on warehouse operations, staffing, equipment, and inventory.
- Conduct operational assessments to identify process improvements and reduce labor expense waste.
- Lead inventory variance checks and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Train, mentor, and develop new warehouse managers across assigned regions.
- Serve as acting warehouse leadership when a warehouse manager is unavailable.
- Support labor scheduling and expense management to maximize workforce efficiency.
- Consult on equipment usage, performance metrics, and process improvements to increase productivity.
- Travel frequently across regional warehouses to provide operational support.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain, or related field).
- Three to five years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or operations leadership is required.
- Six Sigma or LEAN certification preferred.
- Multisite leadership experience required.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, labor management, inventory control, and merchandising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong leadership, management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and make sound business decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to interpret safety rules, operational manuals, and procedure documents.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to present effectively to clients, managers, and teams.
- Mathematical proficiency with athe bility to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
- Ability to solve problems and interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to travel up to 90% of the time.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background check and drug screening.
- Flexible availability to work varying warehouse schedules (5:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.).
