Site Manager Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of food service employees during the morning shift.
- Ensuring that all food service areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Working closely with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient operation.
- Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Prepare and supervise the production of food and beverage items.
- Monitor quality and freshness and maintain inventory levels.
Who we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions accurately.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Proficient skills with Microsoft office.
General Requirements:
- Lift and carry 50lbs on a repetitive basis, with the ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently.
