- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial coffee brewers, water coolers, filtration systems, ice machines, and other refreshment equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance, equipment cleaning, and routine inspections to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and repair or replace defective components.
- Deliver and stock coffee, water, condiments, cups, and related refreshment products at customer locations.
- Rotate inventory using FIFO practices and remove expired or damaged products.
- Maintain accurate inventory of service parts and products on assigned vehicles.
- Complete service calls, work orders, and inventory transactions using company systems.
- Build strong customer relationships by responding promptly to service requests and resolving equipment issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and perform daily vehicle inspections.
- Follow all company safety policies, DOT regulations, and food safety standards.
- Communicate equipment concerns, inventory needs, and customer opportunities to management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
- Ability to lift, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.
- Must be at least 21 years old to meet DOT requirements.
- Technical or trade school education.
- Experience repairing coffee, beverage, vending, or foodservice equipment.
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, or mechanical systems.
- Route merchandising or delivery experience.
