Work Schedule: Typically, you will work from 7am until 3pm – Monday thru Friday (on-call needed).

What You Will Be Up To:
- Craft enticing menus and oversee the preparation and presentation of meals.
- Manage dining spaces, ensuring they are inviting and well-maintained.
- Lead a team of dining staff, fostering teamwork and a positive atmosphere.
- Collaborate with vendors to source high-quality, fresh ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and storage.
- Implement cost-control measures while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Develop and execute promotional activities to enhance the dining experience.
Key Duties:
- Placing orders
- Setting staff schedule
- Administering disciplinary action, if necessary
- Daily/weekly/monthly reporting- including inventory.
- Setting coherent menu to coincide with inventory usage.
- Microsoft Office Suite skills preferred (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Who We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Food Service Manager or relevant role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
