Integrated Marketing Manager

The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting marketing priorities by executing consistent marketing initiatives that grow and protect the Five Star brand across social, web, and paid/owned advertising and media channels. This position manages the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing campaigns and communication for both internal and external audiences. The role ensures clear, aligned, and consistent messaging and experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities include oversight of social media, website performance, marketing campaigns, events, brand presence in financial centers, market research, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support Five Star’s mission and growth objectives.

Previous experience in staff management within a financial institution is preferred.

This position is located at our Headquarters in Dothan, AL.   

Salary range is dependent upon experience: $75,472 - $94,340 and may increase depending on experience.
