Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or promote products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry in our systems..
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for process improvements.
Qualifications
- Previous call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in English and other languages.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to perform data entry tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
- Experience in sales or outbound calling is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
