The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for executing and maintaining core human resources administrative functions with a strong emphasis on data integrity, compliance, and documentation management. This role owns employee file administration, HRIS data accuracy, compliance tracking, and HR operational support across multiple entities. The HR Coordinator serves as a critical backbone to HR operations by ensuring accurate recordkeeping, timely processing of employee lifecycle changes, and adherence to regulatory requirements. This is a full-time position that will office in Baton Rouge, LA and will report to the HR Generalist.
