- Hotel experience is a plus, but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Must live in the United States of America.

- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations.
- Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns promptly.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
