Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist – Full-Time
Location: Orange County & Inland Area
Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour

We're looking for a friendly, bilingual Front Desk Receptionist who enjoys helping people and creating a welcoming experience for every patient.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
- Register patients and maintain accurate records.
- Process payments and verify patient information.
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Support office operations and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of customer service or front office experience required; dental or orthodontic experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between office locations as needed.

Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
