Associate Orthodontist

Position Summary:

Rose Orthodontics is looking for an ambitious Orthodontist to work at a well-established practice. Enjoy the best of both worlds - a large, loyal patient base allowing the right Orthodontist to maximize care and be patient centric.  Very competitive pay with BONUS and BENEFITS available.  Great locations just south of the Chicago metroplex.

Duties/Responsibilities:

·       Adhere to the professional and ethical standards of the American Association of Orthodontists.

·       Conduct orthodontic evaluations and consultations for patients, including analyzing diagnostic records to determine treatment needs and goals.

·       Devise and implement comprehensive orthodontic treatment plans, including the use of braces, aligners, and other orthodontic appliances.

·       Collaborate closely with other dental professionals, such as restorative dentists and oral surgeons, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

·       Regularly monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary for optimal results.

·       Provide patients with education on proper oral hygiene and care during orthodontic treatment.

·       Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

·       Stay current with the latest advancements in orthodontic techniques and technologies through continuing education.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of an accredited Orthodontic residency program.

• Licensed specialist in Orthodontics.

• D.D.S. or D.M.D degree with a current State license.

• A minimum of two years of orthodontic experience is preferred.
