Job Title: Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator
As an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting patients throughout their smile transformation journey. From capturing/reviewing diagnostic images to explaining treatment plans, you’ll help patients feel confident, informed, and excited every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide patients through their orthodontic journey by capturing & reviewing X-rays, scans, and images, helping them understand their treatment potential.
- Clearly explain treatment plans in a way that is simple, engaging, and easy to understand.
- Discuss financial options, including insurance and payment plans, ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, including consultations, procedures, and follow-ups, to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with dentists in the community, their staff, and businesses to deliver a seamless and positive patient experience.

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $22–$24, based on experience, with an added bonus structure once goals are met.
