Position Overview
Pacha New York is seeking an experienced and highly creative
Content Manager – Videography & Editor to lead and execute end-to-end video
content production across all digital, campaign, and event touchpoints. This
role will play a pivotal part in shaping and elevating the visual identity of
Pacha New York, ensuring every piece of content reflects the energy, scale, and
cultural impact of one of the world’s most iconic nightlife brands.
Working closely with the Marketing, PR, Programming, and
Events teams, the Content Manager will own the full video lifecycle - from
concept and on-site capture to editing and final delivery - across live shows,
artist features, and brand campaigns. The role requires a deep understanding of
music, nightlife, and live events, alongside strong hands-on editing expertise
and the ability to deliver high-impact content at pace within a fast-moving,
night-time-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end
content production, ensuring consistent quality, creativity, and brand
alignment.
- Own the full video
production lifecycle, including concept development, filming, editing,
post-production, and final delivery.
- Edit high-impact video
content such as event recaps, promotional trailers, artist features, and
social-first campaigns.
- Oversee live event coverage
and manage on-site content execution during show nights.
- Define visual styles, video
formats, and editing standards across all digital platforms.
- Optimise content for
performance across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid media.
- Source and manage external
creators, videographers, and editors to ensure timely, high-quality output.
- Collaborate closely with
Marketing, PR, Programming, and Events teams to align content with campaigns
and partnerships.
- Maintain organised content
workflows, asset management, and delivery processes.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years’ experience in
content production, videography, video editing, or digital media roles.
- Advanced professional
proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (mandatory), with strong
working knowledge of Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Demonstrated expertise in
high-energy event video editing, including music-led storytelling and
fast-paced nightlife content.
- Strong portfolio showcasing
hands-on video editing work (event recaps, campaign trailers, reels, brand
films).
- Experience working with
large-scale venues, entertainment brands, music festivals, or nightlife
environments.
- Deep understanding of
content optimisation for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid media.
- Experience developing brand
visual guidelines, editing playbooks, and creative direction frameworks.
- Established network of
content creators, videographers, photographers, and freelance editors.
- Comfortable working nights,
weekends, and live event schedules.
- Strong organisational
skills with the ability to manage multiple editing timelines in a fast-paced
environment.

Salary Range: USD 110,000 – 120,000 per year
(Final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internal
