Gellert Hospitality Group is a proud Five Guys franchisee seeking exceptional talent to join our Team. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service then we want to hear from you. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager and other Team Members in a creative, supportive, fun, fast-paced environment, rich with teamwork and positivity.
Previous food handling experience is not required. We provide exceptional training and a clear career path – over 97% of our managers got promoted from the Team.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.

For new hires, our starting rate includes:
- Base rate: $14.00 an hour
- Tips: $2.35 an hour
- Bonus: $.65 an hour
- Total: $17.00 an hour
Initially, new hires should expect to receive 15-20 hours a week. After training, Team Members will get up to 40 hours a week. The schedule breakdown is:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekends
We will also provide you with all the necessary training, which may include the following responsibilities::
- Taking orders,
- Preparing / cooking food,
- Cleaning tasks,
- Following brand standards,
- And practicing food safety procedures.
