What You Will Do
- Run the Shift: Take full accountability for store operations during your watch, including opening or closing duties.
- Lead the Team: Assign stations, train crew members, and keep energy levels high during the rush.
- Customer Experience: Manage customer relationships and ensure every guest leaves happy.
- Operational Control: Manage financials, inventory, and ensure food safety standards are met.
- Hands-On Work: You will be cross-trained on every station—grill, fries, prep, and register. You lead from the front!

Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years of leadership experience and 1-2 years of food service experience required.
- Age: Must be 18 years or older.
- Education: No education required
- Certifications: ServSafe Certification is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available for specific shifts (Mornings 8am-4pm / Afternoons 3pm-11pm).
- Skills: Strong vocal communication and the stamina to work in a fast-paced standing environment.
