We are looking for a Shift Manager who leads by example—someone who isn't afraid to jump on the grill during a lunch rush but also knows how to manage labor costs and keep the crew motivated. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) You are the captain of the ship during your shift. Your main goals are:
- Lead the Floor: Run high-energy shifts, ensuring food quality and customer service never drop, even when it gets busy.
- Coach Your Team: Train new hires, correct mistakes in the moment, and help your crew members grow.
- Manage the Business: Handle cash drops, monitor labor costs, and manage inventory/waste.
- Safety First: Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, and up to health code standards at all times.
- Solve Problems: Handle customer complaints with grace and make quick decisions to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years of leadership experience in food service or retail is required.
- Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Tech Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods (with or without reasonable accommodation).
