What's the Job?
As a Shift Manager, you'll help the GM and Assistant GM run the restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk job. You'll be working every station—grill, fries, register—right alongside your team. Your main job is to manage the shift, train the crew, and make sure we are serving high-quality food in a clean and safe environment.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who can lead a team in a busy kitchen.
This is a great fit if you:
- Hold a NY: Level 1 Serve Safe Certification.
- Can stand, walk, bend, and reach for up to 10 hours and lift 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Are comfortable working in a busy, noisy kitchen with temperature changes and hot oil.
- Are a clear communicator.
- Can arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.
- Are authorized to work in the US.
