- Excellent customer service and sales.
- Product knowledge and ongoing education (i.e., seasonal menu, new menu items, etc.).
- Product display set-up, cleanliness and overall care for aesthetic.
- Maintain cleanliness standards in front and back of the store (i.e., wiping counters, sweeping/mopping floors, washing large trays and utensils, etc.).
- Ability to run POS.
- Restocking store items -- drinks, merchandise, utensils, paper goods, etc.
- Organize/move delivered products to their designated areas.
- Communicate on shift issues to on-duty Sales Shift Lead or Sales Manager.
- Record pertinent information (spoilage numbers, donation numbers, daily cash deposits) on the appropriate spreadsheets at EOD.
- Closing and EOD tasks (i.e., prep for next day, pre-orders, etc.).
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Able to squat, bend, twist, and reach as tasks require.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds consecutively.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to have flexibility in the face of challenges.
- Must be organized with good time management skills.
- MUST BE 18 or older to apply.
