The Prep Cook is a beginner to intermediate level BOH position. The Prep Cook must be able to handle kitchen knives, hot pots and pans and multi-tasks responsibly. The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing food, the majority of the kitchen cleaning and assisting the Line Cook as needed.
This position pays $13-$14 per hour, plus tips
