Property Manager

Job Summary:

Fitzsimons Innovation Community is seeking an experienced Property Manager to help oversee the daily operations of one of Colorado's most dynamic mixed-use life sciences and innovation campuses.

Home to leading bioscience companies, healthcare organizations, researchers and entrepreneurs, Fitzsimons Innovation Community is where breakthrough ideas become real-world solutions. The Property Manager plays an essential role in maintaining a high-quality environment that supports innovation, collaboration and growth.

This position is responsible for managing day-to-day property operations, physical condition, financial performance and administration of the property portfolio in alignment with FIC's objectives and applicable laws.

The ideal candidate is an organized, customer-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned commercial properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants by providing responsive, high-quality customer service.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, preventative maintenance and capital improvement projects.
• Manage vendor contracts and ensure services are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Monitor operating budgets, expenses and property performance.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure buildings remain safe, clean and professionally maintained.
• Ensure compliance with leases, contracts and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support the continued success and growth of the Fitzsimons Innovation Community.

What You'll Bring:

We're looking for a professional who has:

• Experience in commercial property management.
• Strong organizational, financial and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience managing vendors, service contracts and maintenance operations.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and tenant service.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Professional property management certifications (such as CPM, RPA or similar) are a plus.
