Role Description
Boxer Property is seeking a dedicated Property Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Denver, CO. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned properties, including tenant relations, lease administration, property maintenance, and vendor coordination. Key responsibilities include rent collection, budgeting, tenant communication, project management, ensuring compliance with leases and regulations, and collaborating with the leasing team to ensure maximum occupancy. The individual will work to maintain high operational standards and customer satisfaction while achieving financial performance goals for the properties.
Qualifications
- Property management expertise, including tenant relations, lease administration, and property maintenance coordination.
- Strong organizational, time management, and budgeting skills.
- Experience in contract negotiations, cost control, and vendor relationship management.
- Proficiency in using property management software and advanced technology tools.

- Actively holds/is willing to obtain Real Estate License within 90 days
