Responsibilities
- Design personalized training programs tailored to individual client needs, goals, and fitness levels, utilizing comprehensive knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics.
- Lead one-on-one personal training sessions with enthusiasm, ensuring proper technique and safety during exercises.
- Promote fitness sales by educating clients on available services, memberships, and programs to foster long-term relationships and retention.
- Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and best practices to continuously improve training methods and client outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming environment that supports client progress and satisfaction within the health club setting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in personal training, group fitness instruction, or sports coaching within a gym or health club environment.
- Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, body mechanics, and program design principles.
- Demonstrated ability to teach physical education effectively to diverse populations.
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for motivating others and fostering positive relationships.
- Sales aptitude with experience in fitness sales or promoting health club services to prospective clients.
- Certifications in personal training or related fields is required; ongoing education in fitness sciences is highly valued.
