Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Membership Sales Teammate located in Carrollton, TX. The Membership Sales Teammate will be responsible for driving membership sales, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining positive relationships with potential and current members. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective members to understand their fitness goals, guiding tours of the facility, handling membership sign-ups, and collaborating with the team to meet sales goals. Additional responsibilities involve responding to inquiries and promoting a positive and supportive gym experience.

- Proven experience in Membership Sales and Sales processes
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to provide hands-on support and Training to team members
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused approach
- Passion for fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle
- Experience in working in a sales or customer service role in the fitness industry is a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
