As an Area Manager, you’ll provide strategic leadership across 4–6 clubs, directly supporting and developing Club Managers while driving performance, culture, and member experience across your region.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop Club Managers across multiple locations
- Drive operational excellence, sales performance, and member satisfaction
- Champion and model Fitness Connection’s culture and values
- Spend the majority of your time (up to 85%) in-club supporting your teams
- Manage a flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends, and early mornings
- Travel locally between clubs, with occasional travel for meetings and conferences
What We’re Looking For
- Proven multi-unit leadership experience (fitness, retail, or sales-focused industries preferred)
- Strong business acumen (operations, staffing, financials, facilities)
- Track record of building high-performing teams
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within your market
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- 12 months of multi-unit management experience
