Team Lead Mission

Key Objectives

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading by Example: Coaching your team to deliver outstanding customer service, meet sales targets, and execute daily operations.
• Creating Experiences: Building interactive, educational, and fun store experiences for our customers.
• Developing Talent: Training, mentoring, and empowering team members to grow and succeed.
• Driving Communication: Using strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with your team and customers.

• Ability to safely lift and move items up to 50 pounds as part of shipment and inventory responsibilities.

A Day in the Life as a Team Lead

• You start each shift by checking in with the Market Leader, or stepping in when they’re not in the store, reviewing priorities, and ensuring the store is set up for a successful day.
• You greet every guest warmly, engaging in genuine conversations about their health goals and guiding them toward meals that support their wellness journey.
• You lead by example on the floor, modeling Fitlife’s service standards, coaching team members in real time, and making sure every guest leaves feeling supported and inspired.
• You oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, product ordering, inventory checks, and in-store marketing, keeping everything running smoothly.
• You support and coach your team by training new hires, providing feedback, and motivating the group to stay aligned with Fitlife’s values and performance goals.
• You represent Fitlife in the community, building authentic wellness connections and sharing the brand’s mission with purpose and enthusiasm.
• You wrap up the day by reviewing performance metrics, addressing inventory needs, and ensuring the store is clean, stocked, and ready for the next shift.
