FitLife Brands, a leader in health, wellness, and performance nutrition, is seeking a strategic and hands-on Brand Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution for a key brand within our portfolio. This role is ideal for a collaborative marketer who thrives at the intersection of brand strategy, execution, and cross-functional partnership.
You will serve as the primary marketing owner for a key brand, shaping how it shows up across every touchpoint, from strategy through execution. This role is responsible for driving brand growth, leading campaigns, and partnering closely with sales, product development, legal, and other stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-impact brand experiences.
This is a remote position open to candidates in the US. Periodic travel may be required.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive brand marketing strategies, plans, and budgets aligned with overall business goals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels, including DTC, Amazon, retail, and emerging platforms.
- Lead campaign creation and execution, from concept through performance analysis.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Act as the central marketing lead across cross-functional teams, partnering with sales, product development, legal, and external stakeholders to support business initiatives.
- Manage ongoing brand performance, identifying opportunities for line extensions, SKU rationalization, and assortment optimization.
- Track and report on key brand KPIs, including performance metrics, awareness, engagement, and customer sentiment.
What You Bring
- 10 years of experience in brand or marketing roles, preferably within CPG, wellness, or consumer products.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience managing brands across multiple sales channels (e.g., DTC, Amazon, retail).
- Strong understanding of brand development, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Location: Remote (US) $90,000 – $110,000 DOE
