What You Bring to the Team:

What your day looks like:
Generate leads inside and outside the club (approximately 4-12 per day).
Contact prospective members with at least 40 calls and 60 texts daily.
Conduct tours when available to sell memberships. Describing the gym equipment and services that match their needs.
Visit the business with the membership team, with an average of 1 hour of outside marketing daily.
Responsibilities:
- Upholds consistent, fair, and practical people practices, taking appropriate action when necessary.
