Retail Sales Specialist

Fit Recruiting is partnering with a well-established, locally loved retail boutique to identify a Retail Sales Associate for their Mobile, AL location. If you love working with people, are customer service-oriented, and enjoy a fast-paced boutique environment, this is a great opportunity to join a strong local brand.

Full-time hours are M-F 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM plus alternating weekend work and some holidays.

Part-time hours are available as well.

Duties:

• Greet and assist customers with a warm, personalized approach
• Provide product recommendations and drive sales through engagement
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system
• Support day-to-day store operations and team needs

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
• Retail or sales experience preferred (boutique or lifestyle retail a plus)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Flexible availability, including weekends
