Fit Recruiting is partnering with a highly respected, industry-leading organization to identify an Executive Assistant supporting the CEO. Salary is in the $70K-$75K range depending on experience with company perks, growth and benefits.
This is a high-touch, high-visibility role for someone who operates with discretion, precision, and professionalism. You’ll serve as a true partner to executive leadership—managing priorities, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless day-to-day execution.
Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO in all aspects of daily operations
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel logistics
- Serve as a strategic gatekeeper for priorities and time management
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and executive-level communications
- Prepare presentations, reports, and key documents
- Handle expense reporting and maintain critical files and materials
- Assist with planning leadership meetings and company initiatives
- Act as a local HR liaison supporting onboarding and employee needs
Requirements:
- 3–5 years supporting C-level or senior leadership
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
