Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, including trial, hearings, and depositions
- Draft legal documents, such as pleadings and subpoenas
- Manage case files and ensure deadlines are met
- Handle e-filing in State and Federal Courts
- Summarize medical records, billing records, and depositions
- Assist with case strategy and organization from inception through resolution
Requirements:
- 3 years of paralegal experience (insurance defense litigation preferred)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a legal team
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
