Position Summary: As a Hospitality Specialist, you are the face of fit-flavors—delivering warm, personalized service that helps customers feel seen, supported, and confident in their healthy lifestyle choices. You use thoughtful conversation and strong product knowledge to guide guests through our menu, sharing accurate information while naturally driving sales and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, thrives in a purpose-driven environment, and understands that genuine hospitality and business success go hand in hand.
Responsibilities
- Deliver legendary hospitality to every guest through consistent touchpoints.
- Proactively identify guest needs and offer tailored recommendations.
- Maintain deep knowledge of menu items, nutrition, and promotions.
- Uphold fit-flavors’ standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and service.
- Support store operations by completing assigned shift duties accurately and on time.
- Clear communication with team and leadership, contributing to a positive culture.
- Take ownership of personal learning and development by engaging with training tools and feedback.
- Ask for Google Reviews in a natural manner

- Guests consistently feel seen, supported, and cared for.
- A high percentage of first-time customers become loyal, repeat guests.
- Store sales, average order value, customer retention, and number of Google Reviews steadily improve.
- Audit and secret shopper scores show continuous growth.

Growth Track to Salaried Lead Position
Every Hospitality Team member has a clear opportunity to grow into a salaried lead position (Lead Hospitality Specialist → Senior Lead Hospitality Specialist). Advancement is based on defined performance standards, leadership behaviors, and consistent execution—not tenure. With clear expectations and ongoing support, the path to a salaried role at fit-flavors is in your hands. Our top performers typically reach this level within 6–12 months.
Education & Experience
- The ability to deliver elevated, authentic, and personalized hospitality
- Desire and willingness to develop professionally
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in upscale retail, fine dining, boutique service, or hospitality preferred
- Interest in health and nutrition
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk and move quickly within a busy environment
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to tolerate cooler environment (40°F walk-in cooler)
- Ability to reach, bend, squat, kneel, and lift 25 lb cases of food unassisted
Schedule
- Set schedule (typically the same every week)
- 3x weekday shifts; 9:45 AM – 7:15 PM
- 1x weekend shift; 9:45 AM – 6:15 PM
