Fit City Adventures is growing fast — and we’re hiring a Client Experience Manager to help companies level up their culture with unforgettable wellness and teambuilding experiences.
If you love meeting people, creating connections, and selling in a fun, consultative way, this role is for you. Sell experiences people love — and feel good doing it.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and manage a pipeline of corporate clients 📈
- Prospect daily and generate new opportunities 🎯
- Lead client calls and match them with the perfect experiences
- Pitch our wellness & teambuilding menu with energy 🎉
- Close business to help hit our annual revenue goal
- Represent Fit City at meetings, events & activations (some travel)
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years in sales, client experience, partnerships, or BD in the event planning and hospitality field, DMC experience preferred
- Proven success generating pipeline and exceeding goals
- Confident, outgoing, relationship-driven personality
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passion for wellness, events, movement, or hospitality
