Role Description
The Territory Business Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Atlanta, GA. This role involves managing sales activities within an assigned territory and ensuring business growth by building strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities include prospecting new business opportunities, delivering exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams and provide insights to improve territory performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation: Demonstrated success in sales, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Experience in building, maintaining, and nurturing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with flooring products, materials, and solutions, including commercial resilient flooring, hardwood products, and moisture remediation systems.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present concepts and solutions clearly to customers and stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to interpret technical specifications for flooring products.
